Virtual oven takes chill out of microwave cooking
(New
Food, Issue 1, 2004: pages 75-78)
Ready-to-eat meals are now a booming business
- a response to and result of the call for moe convenience. However, the quality
of such a meal is not always optimum because the components of the meal are
often heated up at different rates, such that certain parts are hot while others
are still cold. A software developed by EC-Pack may be able to change this in
the future.
