Fruitful project improves logistics
 
The Fruitful project was started in mid 2001 to improve the logistics of the fruit transportation chain from South Africa to The Netherlands. It is foreseeable that better and more efficient transfer and exchange of information among the links in the chain would have a positive effect on the quality of fruit.

Met als doel de logistieke prestatie in de fruitketen van Zuid-Afrika naar Nederland te verbeteren is medio vorig jaar het Fruitful-project gestart. Een betere en efficiëntere overdracht en uitwisseling van informatie tussen de schakels in de keten moet een positief effect hebben op de kwaliteit van het fruit en de kwaliteitsborging.
